Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We primarily use it to communicate with the families served in our afterschool program, either through a larger broadcast to 30-40 people at a time, or individual messages to parents. We also occasionally use it to share information on upcoming community events, broadcasted to about 300 people. This is an easy way for us to communicate time sensitive information, as well as information that needs to be shared with a large number of people.
  • Ability to organize contacts into groups
  • Categorization of message delivery status (ex. delivered, failed, etc.)
  • Customization of messages (ex. send now or schedule, choose time to send, specify recipients, etc.)
  • Keeping record of all broadcasts that have ever been made on the account
  • Ability to send images
  • mass messaging
  • contact information organization
  • text messaging individuals
  • increases event attendance
  • saves time by not making individual phone calls
  • parents more responsive via text
The support person I was in contact with was very easy to talk to, was very polite and accommodating, and resolved my issue quickly.
We do not use the platform to communicate with employees. However we have utilized it often for sending time-sensitive communication to families who use our building when we have an early closing day or when our building is closed unexpectedly.

Would you buy Text-Em-All again?

Yes

Text-Em-All is well-suited for broadcasting information to a large number of people at once, and for communicating directly with individuals when necessary. It is helpful for person-to-person conversation when people have questions about what has been broadcasted. It is less appropriate for communicating with individuals whose contact information changes frequently, but our organization adjusts for this inconvenience as much as possible. It is easier than making individual phone calls to everyone we need to disseminate information to.
