Okta is used as a SSO and MFA tool across our whole organization. It ensures compliance with cyber-security standards and addresses security in a very strong way that is easy to use and manage. It also ensures our company has all necessary logs at our hands without having to work with various vendors.

Okta is a very easy to manage tool that works nicely with all vendors and SaaS applications for different types of federation protocols. Having everything managed in the cloud with next to zero downtime is also very beneficial.
Okta's support is an extremely valuable part of what Okta has to offer. Their support is available at all times and generally very responsive to customers. The CSM team is also very hands-on and supports clients with issues or new projects.
Not having to worry about downtime is a differentiator for Okta. Planning events on our side are never impacted by potential outages at Okta, planned or otherwise.

Okta is the best out of its competitors due to its ease of use, out of the box functionality, and opportunities for customization. It is a good company to work with and strives to be there for its customers. Administration is a breeze and the documentation is quite extensive.
