Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is a trusted partner with our company providing payroll, benefits and human resources solutions.
  • Payroll is always on time and accurate
  • TriNet offers world-class benefits at competitive marketplace rates
  • It is hard to pinpoint areas of improvement since most functions are performed very well.
Customer Support is great. Rarely does the TriNet representative not know an answer. But, in those cases where they were unfamiliar with a topic, the system in place at TriNet allows quick access for representatives to reach out to a peer or escalate to find an answer.
I've used another PEO and TriNet is far superior. The portal is easy to use. TriNet representatives are always accessible.

ADP was a bureaucratic disaster with hidden fees and inquiries that got the caller passed from one department to another. TriNet is efficient and affordable.
Response time is quick and efficient. Both the Human Capital Consultant and the Client Services Associate assigned to our company account are knowledgeable and prompt with any question or concern.
