Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Trinet is used as a PEO for our organization. We utilize the benefits, performance, hiring, employee, and reporting functions daily. I love the chat because it is real time answers for most questions I have. Trinet allows us to house all of our needs for business within one entity.

There is some very easy functionality. But, I am used to having a sandbox to play in. I am used to having more access than Trinet allows you to have, and I find the performance tool cumbersome, difficult to navigate and difficult for my managers and employees to use.
Chat is very responsive. Sometimes cases are closed without discussion and they have to be reopened.
I was not here at that time.
Workday was the easiest platform I ever used. It was intuitive where to go and what to do. Trinet is overall a good platform, but it's difficult to use some of the features. Performance link is terrible in my experience

For small business, this is a great platform. But, as the business grows, it may be more advantageous to seek independent benefits, work comp, or other services due to cost.
