Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for all employee related aspects - time and attendance, payroll processing, benefits, time off, applicant tracking/hiring, on-line learning and performance management.
  • The TriNet platform is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
  • The benefit plans available are varied and affordable.
  • The applicant tracking module covers all aspects of the hiring process (job posting, candidate management, interview scheduling, background checks) and easy to follow workflows.
  • The performance platform is not very intuitive, a little quirky and clunky.
  • In the hiring platform, under skills assessment, the choices when someone responds are “no experience”, “some experience” and “expert”. To us, expert seems like a stretch from some experience – would “proficient” be a better word for that?
  • The TriNet platform is much more user friendly than what we were using previously, which was a quick win with our employees.
  • The report area is much more robust and user friendly than what we were using previously which was a quick win for our accounting team.
  • Hiring a new employee via the TriNet platform is streamlined and saves all involved time and effort.
The TriNet platform is user friendly and intuitive.
Having an assigned support consultant is HUGE. One quick email with a question or issue and he's on top of it, either responding directly or forwarding it to someone who can.

The ramp up to our launch was outstanding - great planning, training, and preparation. Having an assigned support consultant has been very helpful. And we appreciate TriNet's experience with non-profits.

Evaluating TriNet and Competitors

Yes - We were part of a large corporation and using their systems. As a small non-profit, they never really fit our needs. When we decided to go out on our own, we had to find a vendor who could provide the payroll services, benefits, etc. we needed.

Our previous system was very difficult to use - both for our associates and also the ability to retrieve reports, etc. on the back end. TriNet is very user friendly and the reports/analytics available on the back end are robust and comprehensive.
No changes. We used PEO Spectrum to help us explore the benefits of the PEO industry and streamline the process of learning, comparing, and finding the ideal PEO. They were fabulous.

TriNet Training

The training provided by TriNet is excellent. Each aspect of the platform is training separately and in depth, first with the Administrator then the users.
