Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers

We reviewed TrustRadius when we started to look for a software that will help us in the management control of the support of all the systems in the company. We evaluated several systems with the information that we got in TrustRadius. We take into consideration several systems, compare them, validate information, clarify doubts and culminate with the selection of one of the systems (in which we are in the process of implementing now).

With the search engine we located several help desk software products. It helped to have a group of systems, compare their features, and review the reviews to clarify doubts and put together an evaluation matrix. We discarded a group of software and we put together a series of consultations with the sellers. The system was evaluated only by the IT staff as they were the direct users of the application.
When we see the reviews we look for opinions about the characteristics of the software that matter most to us, focusing initially on the functional part, then on the infrastructure and development. We thoroughly review the cons, feature rating comparison, usability and what other alternatives exist. With that information we set up our evaluation matrix.
Having the information of people who have already tried the software who can tell you what are strong characteristics and weaknesses, helps you to have a clear vision of what the software can do and you do not limit yourself to what the seller tells you. Their opinion alone, without insurance, can make you acquire a product that does not really meet the needs of end users and more than helping or streamlining the processes in the organization becomes a problem and with a waste of money and time.

  • TrustRadius not only allows you to locate software, compare them, and clarify doubts, it also allows you to give your opinion, and contribute your experience with the software you manage.

  • When you do a review of a product, you should ask specific questions with assessment with a scale that allows you to complement the evaluation, and see questions like, is it easy to configure functionally?
TrustRadius allowed us to complement our internal evaluation matrix, which helped us a lot in the decision making of the software we had to acquire. It also allowed us to clarify doubts and make clearer inquiries with the seller. Reviewing the reviews allowed us to discard and select a software group before doing the internal evaluation, then we compared with what was evaluated in TrustRadius and we made the decision.
TrustRadius has a very user friendly page. It is very easy to locate a software, read its reviews and then compare with other similar software. It presents the information in a simple way, which makes it very agile and fresh to analyze. If you have made your own reviews, it allows you to complement or adjust them.
TrustRadius is an excellent tool that allows you to complement your evaluation on a software, or it helps you to locate software that covers the requirements that you have. With the comparison and reviews TrustRadius allows you to clarify many doubts and gives you a clear vision of the software which helps to speak more visibly with the seller of the product.
