Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use TrustRadius for Vendors to drive customer reviews, gather new customer quotes, and identify potential advocates. One of our goals is to have customers not only be a reference but leave Tealium a review and have even used reviews to make improvements to our processes that have been mentioned. TrustRadius for Vendors makes it easy to drive reviews and get detailed information from customers on why they like using our products.
  • The Vendor portal is easy to use.
  • They are adding new features to improve and expand their offerings.
  • Their customer support is great!
  • Provide some type of view into what reviews are pending so we can track what is coming even if we cant see what it is or says.
  • We use intent to increase pipeline and also understand what people are looking for when they search for us.
I do not work with our intent data, but our team does utilize it and they seem to be happy with it.
TrustRadius for Vendors reviews are more detailed than other review sites. The reviews can actually help us improve or expand in an area that a customer might highlight. The quotes we are able to pull from TrustRadius for Vendors tend to be more detailed and pack a bigger punch than quotes from other review sites.
Overall, TrustRadius for Vendors provides a great customer experience and is superior to other review sites because they look at more than just how much you are spending with the company to determine how well your product is built and suited for the market. They make it easy to de-prioritize other review sites because we feel we can trust what is displayed on TrustRadius.
TrustRadius for Vendors is superior in terms of content available on companies. While other sites might be bigger or more established, that does not mean they are better. The customer support you will receive working with TrustRadius for Vendors is far better, in my experience, than what you might receive with G2. Overall, they are my preferred review platform.

TrustRadius for Vendors is great for driving reviews. While the form/questions might be longer than other sites, it gives you a better understanding of what your customers think and how they feel about your products.
