Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
All of our employees who work in the field use tsheets to see what job they should be at and for how long and when the job is expected to be done. I use it to keep track of who is on what job for how long. I also make appointments for our estimators and put them in TSheets so they don't miss meetings.
- Most of the people on our team aren't very tech savvy but tsheets is easy for them to figure out.
- Notifications are great. I don't have to remind anyone to clock in or out.

- More information fields in the jobs or availability for more advanced tracking fields.

More CRM type functionality would be nice but tsheets is much easier to use and costs a lot less.

No - The free support is perfectly capable of handling any problems I come across, which are few to begin with.
I couldn't get my shift editor to come up so I went to live chat. Jen D helped me get it straightened out by clearing my cache and cookies. It took maybe 5 minutes.
