Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

UKG Pro is our HR management system being used across the whole organization.
  • User friendly
  • Mobile access
  • Has a Rapid Response team available to assist.
  • Provide further training to avoid inconsistent customer service feedback.
  • Provide more abilities for customization within the platform and modules.
  • The ability to manage most HR activities within one platform.
When in operating condition, UKG Pro can be quite effective and efficient. However, there are many "intermittent connectivity" issues throughout any given month's time frame.
Once again, would like to see similar inquiry feedback provided amongst all UKG Pro advisors across the platform, from all organizational levels.
Our recruiting and onboarding implementation experience was great. Our implementation consultant was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient while we worked together to appropriately customize these modules to fit our clients & business needs.
UKG Pro is user-friendly and provides guidance when implementing a new module, obtaining annual reporting, and assisting with many other tasks. However, it strongly lacks response synchronicity amongst feedback received from top management/directors all the way to rapid-response customer service representatives being asked to assist with a similar objective or inquiry.
