We use UKG Pro to house employee salary/pay grade info and process all payrolls.
- Automatically updates tax tables for jurisdiction changes.
- Rapid Response customer service is always helpful and prompt.
- No major changes to platform, which is helpful that its not always changing.
- Business Intelligence report writing can be difficult and should be handled by someone with a tech background.
- We still use back office and can be confusing to start learning UKG Pro on the web.
- Ability to enroll all employees in direct deposit.
- Ability for employees to obtain tax/pay documents themselves.
Anytime I've had an issue with processing payments or importing ACA files, UKG Pro provided me with the correct support individual to walk me through the issue.
