Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use Ultipro to process our payroll, for recruitment and onboarding, and as our HRIS and benefits system. It is being used by all of our employees to record their time, view their pay stubs, and make their benefit elections. It solves our business problem of housing all of our applicant information so we can look back and find qualified applicants for open positions.
- Ultipro is very flexible. It allows for modification of fields and customization.
- Ultipro is cloud based, so payroll can be processed from anywhere at any time. Employees can also access it from anywhere at any time.
- Ultipro is always changing, as a company they are always taking suggestions from customers and implementing them into their upgrades. Because it is always changing it is making our lives as customers and administrators easier.
- UTM is not as user friendly as we would like. The managers have complained that they don't get around in it as well as Ultipro core.
- I would like to see the current benefit election employee cost listed on the Benefits tab, not the last amount withheld from their check.
