[It's] used across the entire organization for payroll and employee management.
- Reporting capabilities far exceed those offered through other HRIS vendors.
- Data sharing and collaboration among customers is highly encouraged and they offer a very collaborative environment.
- Truly partner with their customers.
- Talent management applications could use improvement (succession, performance, etc.).
- More delivered standard reports and dashboards for managers.
- Improvement in their recruitment module (although a new module is being offered and we are currently using their older version).
Ability to process payroll in a timely and accurate manner is accomplished through the use of this software. Ability to manage basic employee information is also easily completed. More advanced talent management features are lacking.
Successfactors and Oracle appear to be further ahead in some of the talent management features although Ultipro appears to be gaining strength in this market with their development of new features.
