Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro addressed our business needs by consolidating day to day functionality and long term strategic goals through time management, attendance, core, and performance reviews.

Yes, we have achieved our outcomes through time management, payroll, and other functionality through the system.
UltiPro is much better ease of use on both the employee and employer side. Ultipro is also always making updates as well.
The overall performance is excellent! We do wish there was an easier way to run reports without BI.
UlitPro has a great team that is always ready and willing to listen to feedback.
The customer service line is quick and fast.
Ultipro is well suited for very large companies. It is a harder functionality for medium to small-sized companies.
