Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance was simply the most fully featured out of the box, and easiest to scale. The support we received has been fantastic, and they even sent a tech over to help install and configure the appliance the first time we ordered one. The interface takes a little getting used to but once you do everything flows smoothly. Backups in our environment used to fail all of the time, and now they hardly ever do and are quick to restore when needed.
