Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting

We use UserTesting for a variety of use cases primarily when we've made large changes to our website and we want to see how users interact. We also use it for insights on areas of improvement especially when we're seeing a dip in cvr. We've also used it in the past to see how customer are finding our products.
  • Love the full recordings
  • Ability to write notes in a video and create clips to share
  • Very easy to fully customize surveys
  • The limits on number of tester
  • Response reporting could be better. Right now it's just easier to watch every video to get insight.
  • Allows us to quickly test and easily find area of improvement
Haven't really needed to use support.
Very easy to set up tests and see results. Onboarding new users is super easy.
We've made lots of website improvements based on user tests which always translates to more revenue.
UserTesting is a great way to find the gaps in your website especially after you have become so familiar with your site that problems aren't always obvious. We've found so many issues that we never even considered to be issues prior to running user tests.
