Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting

UserTesting gives us access to general consumer panels that we otherwise would have no way to communicate with, let alone efficiently recruit for research. UserTesting also allows us to conduct a variety of methods including (but not limited to) moderated interviews, unmoderated usability testing, cart sorts, and more. One of the features we find most beneficial with UserTesting is its out-of-the-box panel filtration and custom screening capabilities, both of which help us recruit the most appropriate research candidates based on learning objectives and timelines.

Customer support at UserTesting is some of the best I've ever received as a consumer of any kind, bar none. Responses are quick and informative, and everyone always seems happy to help. I love UserTesting support.
Site navigation isn't the easiest for me personally, differences between each test type hasn't always the clearest in the past, and combining multiple tests into longitudinal studies is very complicated (or impossible).
Getting quick insights about digital experiences allows the organization to make faster decisions about which direction to take with new products and services. While difficult to measure quantitatively, the time we save by getting answers sooner and from custom-screened, validated panels is very valuable to our business.
