Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use UserZoom, recently acquired by UserTesting. It's an efficient tool for completing concept tests and usability tests quickly and effectively - completely removes lengthy participant recruitment processes.

I don't have an eye into this world, but it facilitates testing that contributes to products which are easier for users to navigate, engage users, and facilitate conversion and adoption

Generally quite intuitive, it's just some question types for screeners and setting the branching logic can be a bit manual and time-consuming.

I feel like I already answered this question previously = yes, this type of feedback is essential for all of these reasons, and it's why we conduct user research and use these tools. Authentic customer feedback bridges the gap between business intentions and assumptions, and what users are truly interpreting, thinking, and engaging with.
