Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

I use Vidyard for video marketing to prospects, send brief weekly "sales meeting" emails to my teammates and create tutorials for both prospects and teammates. You don't have to download any software: it can be accessed easily through a Chrome extension. The best part is it is free for right now.

It is very easy to use. It is intuitive: the work portal is very simple to use; it has a limited layout. It just does what it does: shoot videos of your tab or workspace, then processes and stores for you to use in emails or to share as a link.
I think this is better than BombBomb. There's no cost to Vidyard so that's a distinct advantage right there. You also don't have a limitation on the number of clients you can email. You can also use Vidyard beyond email. You can create a link which you can share to Linkedin or other social media sites.

The best use for me is marketing. You can use it for the lifecycle of a sale. When I get a prospect, I will send them an Introduction video which has a value proposition. I can see if they open it because Vidyard tracks opens. When a prospect has questions about a particular subdivision or city, I can create on the fly a quick info video which gives them information.

Vidyard Reliability

It performs very well. I have never had any bugs while recording, and none of the videos have been impaired or corrupted. I don't believe it integrates with any other software but you could contact the company to learn more. I am not sure if it is only available on Chrome.

Integrating Vidyard

There is no software to download: it is accessed through an extension in your Chrome browser. I don't know if it is available on any other browsers. I use Chrome on all of my computers: it works on a PC and Chromebook. I use the same profile so I can access everything regardless of which computer I am using.
