Overall Satisfaction with Vista by Viewpoint
Vista by Viewpoint is GBI's go to software to manage all aspects of our company, from AP to PM to PR to GL and all that is in between. It helps with increasing our cash-flow, our project profitability, employee - development, empowerment, and fulfillment. HR Management, Field Management, and Financial Controls solutions are exactly what our field employees and managers have been screaming for. I often hear "They Just Work!" and "They are so easy to learn and use!" from our field employees
- Accountability through approvals - solutions are designed to easily approve all project costs by Projection Management.
- Fully Integrated Solutions - from estimating, to engineering, to preconstruction, to job-kickoff, to hiring, to employee development, to job management, to financial controls, to financial report it is all integrated and "it all works together!"
- Constant Improvement - Viewpoint is constantly staying up to date with new innovations.
- APIs - easier application programming interface with the outside world.
- Customer Serve - is improving, but not fast enough - love the new hire!
- Can only think of 2 - sorry!
- A steady increase in the bottom line through employee and process efficiencies.
- A bargain compared to the competition - both in dollar savings and options/features.
- It feels like we are all rowing in the same boat and in the same direction
It is was a bargain and is feature-rich. When I compared apples to apples it was no contest which one was the best value - Vista. It has more features than most of its competition
- Customizable - easy and multiple ways to customize, to get provide solutions the way we did business.
- Integrates - with most of the other software we use.
- Great people - Viewpoint employees are all amazing individuals that you just love to do business with!
- Amazing network - between the "Viewpoint Network", annual user conferences, and area user groups - there are many opportunities to network!
