Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

As a member of a technical team, I usually use WebEx to connect with customers for remote troubleshooting. Webex provides better audio functions and screen sharing. It also uses less bandwidth for audio and video.

In situations where the customer has [a] poor mobile signal for audio, Webex provides a better audio experience that helped to communicate clearly with the customer or user.
