Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
I use Webex app to establish calls around the world with our customers as well as the technicians. The app is so helpful as it gives you the ability to control other computers, so I use it to configure our Cisco products which we implement at the customer side. It's the most powerful app that I ever used to gain control and it is very stable as well.
- Clear voice
- Fast screen sharing
- Access control
- More options while controlling others' computers, sometimes you can't copy text from your Pc to the controlled one.
- Remote access control disconnects regularly and you have to ask for access again wish that could be improved.
- Adding more options regarding saving the chat as sometimes I have to delete the time before every message.
- Allows multiple users to access easily which is positive.
- Meetings for each team in the company which is positive.
