Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

We use Webex Calling for all inbound and outbound calls in our organization. We are able to have a mix of SIP trunks and local gateways/PRI's that we can utilize for calling. Webex Calling allows us to use both types of calling.

The problems that it addresses is that CUCM is going away and we are looking to upgrade to a newer phone system. We utilize Webex Calling for our call centers and all internal calls.

Outlook Calendar integration works perfectly. The Microsoft Teams addon is nice because you can call people directly from the Teams app. We also use the messaging and meetings products for our business needs.
Webex meetings has let us get rid of another meetings app because we are able to host townhalls directly on Webex Meetings. On top of that, the participant management in Webex Meetings allow us to keep track of who joined and who didn't. It also made posting the video a breeze.
Webex Calling has a lot better integrations with third party apps than the rest. It's ease of use for users can't be beat and the admin control hub makes it a breeze to manage from an admin point of view.

It's best for quick deployments or for small offices. It would be least suitable for call centers due to the large amount of setup needed for contact center.

Small branches utilize Webex Calling easily due to being able to connect to a local gateway or SIP cube. We can also utilize local gateways to force some calls through Webex Calling and some calls through CUCM during the migration window.
