Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses for our trainers to submit reimbursement requests for their travel expenses. We wanted to use the travel tool as well but it is ridiculously hard to use, plus if we need to make changes, we are unable to do so directly with the airline company, resulting in a ridiculous number of travel agent fees.
  • Keeps receipts uploaded in a single location
  • Makes approvals easy
  • We really like the receipt scan and integration between the phone and computer
  • Travel is completely a waste of time and borders on a scam due to the travel agent fees, which result from being unable to manage the ticket directly with the airline.
  • We used to use departments (training and non-training travel) but had to deactivate it. Every receipt required that to be selected. You should be able to select department for the whole expense report.
  • Expense tool: There has not been any. COVID reduced travel in 2020. We've used it a few times and it works well.
  • Travel tool: We have had a negative return on investment so we discontinued use.
Webexpenses works well. Travel not so much.
The expense side is great, always had questions answered and support responds fast. Travel side is exactly the opposite.
Expense approval and claim submission are easier and save time.
Workflow and automation.
We have not used a platform for this before. It was a manual process before Webexpenses.
The expense [side] is well suited for what we do. Travel [module] is not well suited for anything.
