Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is being used across the whole organization internationally. All departments and subsidiaries also use the product. This helps us to streamline our employee expenses claim, approval, and processing.
  • Multiple interface to access the system is a key advantage. We can scan the receipts on the go using the app.
  • The uploaded receipts could automatically prefill the claim form saving time.
  • One single portal to claim all types of expenses be it hotel, transport or even car mileage.
  • The web UI is outdated, although recently changed the graphics colours etc, it's still clunky and feels ancient.
  • Does not use AI to process the receipts automatically.
  • Decent RoI.
  • Does serves the purpose, but will consider switch as the other products are improving.
An average user interface, usability, and UX. There is a lot of scope for improvement.
Good and prompt support.
An overall very good solution to save time and semi-automate claims submission.
It supports most of the core requirements like submission and workflows.
It's one of the best applications in its segment.

Well suited for small and mid-size organizations. May not be suitable for large companies.

Using Webexpenses

3400 - The users come from all areas of business, namely Management, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Wining work, IT, HR, Production and different specialised business units. Webexpences is used as our core employee expense management system where all employees have access to raise their business expenses and is used across our UK businesses that are spread in different UK regions.
4 - There are four full-time roles with the finance team that provide functional support for the web expenses platform. When employees submit the expenses they go through an automated approval workflow for the validation and payment. This workflow needs configuring and users need onboarding into the platform. The IT Service desk provides technical support for the application as part of a shared service.

We are satisfied with the performance of the product. The value proposition and the total cost of ownership are still viable. The competitive landscape has shifted to some extent due to new entrants in the market and microeconomic factors; however, Webexpences remained a strong offering. The product roadmap is also stable and forward looking, which gives us confidence for the future.
