Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is used by all of the organization, the structure of the organization is a Matrix balanced organization. We use different resources on different projects in different departments. The main problem was that the latest systems used as a web PMO, were useless with information. We could not quickly find the latest information on projects. With Wrike we can organize more effectively and efficiently.

  • Sometimes the connection between Google docs and Wrike, does not work as expected.
  • Wrike needs to compare the name of a task in a project, to avoid duplicate names.

  • you can give access to some of your providers to report on the project, so you can have the information from the first hand on the line fo fire.

Wrike involves the wellness of both softwares, cheap and easier to use, Clarizen its much more expensive than wrike, and Smartsheet its just for small projects with a little descrption tasks, and the task assignation its no so easy as in wrike, in Wrike you can extend the task description, assign resorucer faster, and improves the collaboration enviroment of team

  • The size of your project
  • Whether you manage a large project into small pieces
  • Whether each part of the project is managed as individual projects
Wrike is a useful tool. Also, if you will manage cost during the project you need to get Wrike to work on it because Wrike doesn't have a straight function.

Using Wrike

120 - They were used on operations area, Starting with PMs creating projects and being handled by general managers, to follow people on operations area, they were the people that used and report straigth to the tasks, so you can have a load of information at the end of the day to make decistions and if the case to adjust some chains to make the things get in done.
3 - Just for support Wrike, we are 3 people, Both of them are engineers(I'am one fo them) and the other one is the boss whois always logged inside wrike, communicating, and tracking the project with the people, the other users who use wrike to documentate the projects and communicate the progress of the tasks and subtask are other 3 peoples.
  • for evey projecto of connection for new customer, in each case we found diferent things to solved, so each customer is handled as a project.
  • For growth Projects, each time that company has to invest on growth plans has to create projects to track buys and materials adquisitions, to follow people when they were installing devices on each side of the offices around the country, so was very easy to report of operations people, wrike are so intuitive.
  • at the moment were used to make a small Marketing plan for new customers on 2016, just because company sponsor some sportive events so they need to stablish some task to arranage and organize task for people who works on show rooms at this events.
  • some features of wrike is to personalize some fields of the project in case you need to handle some money, or some stocks just to track down the projects and the resources assigned to the projects.

  • PMOs could take a reports straigtly from the tool, and they dont need to track each PM below him to ask for the information. he can take a report straigth from the tool

because of the useful of the tool, i Think i have posted all the features that were useful for us, in this review, but in a few words
Wrike are so useful for us for all kind of people, in Mexico so many people make task or works, and sometimes to report on projects on apps for smart devices are not so operative for them, so they need to have a easy apps and intuitive task to post information for projects so, in this way, PM and operations people can have straig acces for information and much more for communication.
