Wrike is one of those systems that you only really notice once you have it. Before we used Wrike a lot of our processes were manual, as was the way we set tasks between teams and disciplines. With Wrike it’s taken the manual functions away and it has allowed us to standardise our complex processes.

Using Wrike

450 - Wrike will work and be valuable across most teams. We use it in the finance team, investment team, people talent team, operations team and activation team. It’s way to use and doesn’t need technical knowledge to be a user. However it will require some administrative functions so that will require covering.
  • Standardised processes
  • Setting and managing tasks
  • Project management
  • Connecting regional teams
  • Use in offshore task setting
  • The sheer number of clients using it
  • Link to buying systems
  • HR talent spotting
Wrike is a valued system which allows us to reduce the amount of manual work being done across the business. It has transformed the way we set and manage tasks and is now making us super efficient and productivity has increased. We have a contract in place but I can definitely see us renewing when that is up.
