Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to manage projects and engineering change requests that come through, assigning tasks and keeping track of project related documents. We also use the template function to automatically generate tasks when a request is entered via Wrike.
- Template function for generating a list of tasks and assignees associated with the project
- Reminders about overdue tasks
- Request process, designating required vs. optional fields
- Integration with CRM (in our case Hubspot)
- Easier file management - not intuitive on how to reorganize files
- Allow for different frequencies on reminder emails - daily emails are easier to ignore
- It does help us to keep track of all of the activities related to a project, and can show managers when their employees have overdue tasks so we don't fall behind. This is necessary for us to create a great customer experience for our customers.
- Wrike is a good place to store history on projects for future reference if a similar or repeat project comes up
- I'm not sure that Wrike has necessarily provided an ROI above another type of project management software, but it is a good tool and we would struggle to manage projects without some type of software like Wrike where there are multiple resources/departments working together.
