Overall Satisfaction with Xero
To create and send POs, as well as some accounting. It is being used by multiple departments.
- Accounting purposes
- Creating POs
- Sending & logging invoices (via POs)
- Sent POs don’t include item numbers from the POs created in Xero. Would recommend a fix there.
- Lack of integrations with inventory management platforms
- Expense tracking improved
- Order history well organized
- Makes PO creating simpler
Cheaper and just as good, but less integration capabilities.
It helped by allowing us to plan out our spending, especially with multiple large orders, having high unit quantities.
