Overall Satisfaction with Yesware

We use Yesware across our sales division to automate prospecting efforts. Yesware allows the team to add prospects into a sequenced campaign directly from SFDC. This alleviates the need for manual one-off emails and frees up time to research new target accounts. Additionally, Yesware provides tracking on outgoing emails, as well as attachments.
  • Drip campaigns.
  • Email/attachment tracking.
  • None that I can think of!
  • Huge time savings.
  • Do more with less people/time.
I evaluated both Yesware and SalesLoft. I found that SalesLoft offered a ton of additional features that weren't necessary for our needs and had a price point to reflect the additional functionality. Yesware fits our needs with its product offering and price.
Yesware's support is outstanding.

Yesware is perfect for one too many emails. It does allow for fields to be pulled from SFDC to personalize it a bit. However, for strategic emails, the one-off cannot be supported by automation. Tracking is still great though.
