The only proofing tool you need!

Our organization uses Ziflow for both internal and external-facing purposes - mainly for videos since we are in the video production field. We really appreciate how easy it is for our team and clients to provide very specific feedback. It's become a software that we use daily and I don't see our team switching to another proofing software any time soon. I also appreciate that our Ziflow consultant worked with us to choose the right plan for our organization.

Based on our organization's use and experience with Ziflow, I've found that we've been able to streamline our production process significantly because of the ease of use of the software. We're able to have multiple team members manage proofs which reduces bottlenecking when it comes to delivering video files to our clients or even sharing video files internally.

Because of the comments section in Ziflow, I've found that our team is more inclined to write replies to one another within the comments section or attach files to reference what another member is talking about. The software also makes it easy for any of us to manage the proofs.
