Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We use Zoho CRM to send invoices for our consulting packages, to keep track of client invoices, and for keeping track of our sales pipeline as a whole as well as for payments reporting. We sell consulting packages from 1-20K USD in price, lots of leads, and some have payment terms that we need to keep track of so Zoho CRM helps me do this well.

- Keeping track of sales outreach events
- Keeping notes on customer events
- Ease of use for the interface as a whole
- Easier to make templates for invoices that are used frequently
- Integrate text and email support for sales leads
- More sales with more payment plan completion due to being able to keep tabs on it all
- Easier to keep tabs on sales pipeline and forecasting for our revenue numbers
- Reduced lead qualification time for payment plans leads
The others noted are way too clunky to use, specifically, HubSpot is too much for my business. I like that Zoho CRM allows me to mix and match exactly what I need to accomplish very simply. Pipedrive and AWeber did not have invoice management the last time I checked, so I create Zoho because of this feature in particular.
