Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social is being used in our departments so far but we are preparing to roll this out across all our brands and into the agency work that we do soon. It brings together the critical social media drafting, scheduling, and publishing tools we needed.

Pros

  • Creating drafts of your posts ahead of time is amazing.
  • Collaboration tools are so much better than other services.
  • Price is fair.

Cons

  • Content/SEO suggestions would be a nice feature to add, but that's looking for something to be picky about.
Owner, manager, and freelancers.
  • The ability to draft and schedule this easily has changed what I'm able to focus my time on.
Zoho Social would be ideal for any business that does business online. Period.
