Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

My organization uses Zoho Social to automate our social media posts. As a small organization, we only have one user who creates content and posts through Zoho. We needed a simple solution that would allow us to customize content by channel and let us post to multiple platforms. The nice thing with Zoho is that it allows us to post to our Google business account, the downside is that there is no Pinterest, which we would use. We tried out Buffer to compare, but it was a little harder to use, and would not give us as many channels for the same price. I looked at other competitors, but they were all more expensive. So while they may have had great features, it was just not necessary for our small organization.

  • First comment on Instagram should be included on lower level.

Zoho Social is similar to Buffer in price but you get more channels for the costs, while Buffer allows for Pinterest. Zoho is more difficult to customize posts based on social media channels than Buffer, but easier to schedule posts for all channels at once. Zoho is cheaper than Sprout and Hootsuite.

Zoho was easy to get started, but I wish the free trial lasted a full month instead of two weeks. Making posts is very simple, but customizing them based on the channel is more tricky, and I often can't find the button to do so. Overall it is a fairly simple product to use.
Zoho emailed me when I first started using their product, I replied with some questions. They took longer than expected to get back to me and were not the friendliest and did not describe things well. I did get the answers I needed, but overall not the best experience with customer support.
Zoho is great for a simple and cheap solution to automate social media. They also can integrate with other products from Zoho, like CRM, but those were unnecessary for us. Zoho is not great if you are trying to have AI create posts for you, which other products can do.
