Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use Zoho Social across our SME to highlight all areas of the business across multiple platforms. We are beginning to increase our online presence and improve the visibility of all parts of our business
  • Very Easy to use
  • Pricing structure is straightforward
  • Only 4 images allowed on each platform
  • Early days but we have started almost from scratch to utilize our existing followers. We have begun to grow a younger demographic onto our pages and this seems to be happening
I really chose this based on costs. I cannot fault Zoho Social on a like-for-like basis compared to others on cost alone. Whilst other software have neat features, at this moment Zoho meets every requirement that we need

Not needed to use support so cannot comment
Having used other scheduling tools, I have been very impressed by their simplicity and ease of use. The reporting facility is simple and easy to see at a glance the impact of posts
