Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use it for content planning and scheduling our posts. We dont have to worry about timing as the software advises us the right time for our post. We had to constantly look for staff to do our posting and with this software our worries and tensions have reduced to a great extent.

I was recommended by an existing user. Also, the ease to use this software is amazing and it reduces our worry of posting and we now completely trust Zoho as time and again they have not failed to complete our posting. It is the regularity of our influencer page which is our USP and Zoho has helped us tremendously in that.

I am unable to understand how I can enhance my posts or get better engagement. I expect someone from the Zoho customer support to guide me in this. It will enable us to work better and use the Zoho software to a fuller use thereby improving our customer base and engagement.
The calls were quick. The representative wanted to end the call fast. I would have appreciated a longer call with the representative guiding me on how to better use this software. I still hope someone from Zoho customer support will help us in taking this further ahead which will improve our follower base and customer engagement.
It makes our life much easier and the customer is very good and active. I appreciate the inputs received from Ms.[...] as Customer Service of Zoho. Also, initially we were not comfortable in using the software but the Customer Support did a great job hand holding us to be able to post and schedule our posts.
