Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom Phone and Zoom Meetings. There are many VOIP providers, but we needed something that JUST works. We don't need fancy call center features. We just need a phone, a simple automated attendant, and integration with our CRM to log calls and meetings. Zoom does all of that and the price is good. It is simple to use, works all the time and stays out of the way.

Zoom is the only one that just works. No need for technical support. We can simply conduct our business.
