Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

It is being used by the sales team to prospect accounts and get contact info.

Pros

  • Accurate contact information
  • Scoops section is interesting and relevant

Cons

  • The workflow is not great. In order to sync contacts in bulk into other systems, there is no easy way of putting multiple contacts into a list
  • Contact info is not always up to date
  • More call connects due to more accurate contact info.
  • More time spent uploading contacts into other systems.
Quality and depth of data is much more accurate/extensive but the workflow for syncing contacts is a lot more time consuming.
Good at finding direct lines for contacts and for learning more about a company. Not great for overall prospecting because the titles/roles/companies are not always correct.
