Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
It’s a CRM as well as a lead generation tool. It’s being used by the whole organization in some capacity. Some are on the business travel sales side and some are on the leisure travel non-B2B side.
- It provides great company overviews.
- It provides direct dial info.
- First and last names are often transposed and I look to LinkedIn to clarify.
- Lots of contacts no longer work for the company so the name is dated.
The ease of use factor is far superior to Salesforce. Its a CRM and prospecting tool in one. I hate how I get dinged on my lookups though in a high paced, dynamic environment. If I have to re-reference something it affects counts against the license model we have and that negatively impacts my work productivity month-to-month.
