Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use ZoomInfo to find leads for our Sales Team. Our Sales Team uses our credits to export leads daily and find new business. It helps us really narrow down our search, and keep track of the results. The fact that we can get alerts via email when new searches are found is a huge plus.
  • Focuses easily and specifically on territory, company HQ, and company interest.
  • Sends email notifications when a search or contact is added to a list.
  • Easily adds your leads and contacts directly into Salesforce.
  • The credit system is frustrating. I do not like having to reset the bulk credits. It seems like a strange system.

ZoomInfo is appropriate when you want to reach out to a large group of people for sales outreach. It is less appropriate when you want to find a company that is looking specifically at your company.
