Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We are using ZoomInfo as an integration to our Salesforce platform. The integration was absolutely seamless, the specifications were clearly written and easy to follow. Our sales reps are enjoying the flexibility of the filters to clearly define targeted prospects. Looking forward to increased sales and enhancing our existing data!

  • I'd like to HIDE the Contact option for Export when only Leads are selected.
  • I'd like for the data to be certified by a second party for validity.

In my experience with prospecting and data enhancement, I remember when ZI came onto the landscape. At that time D&B was the choice for prospecting and data enhancement. It's nice to see that ZI has stepped up their research efforts and reconfigured the tool to compete.
Basically, ZoomInfo is positioned as a "prospect" tool for B2B. I don't see this as a B2C tool at all but then again I am not in the B2C realm. ZI is also suited for companies that need to enhance their existing data to make better strategic decisions. Not so sure ZI provides demographic charts of existing data in chart form.
