Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS
ZoomInfo allows us to cross-check data within our CRM and build prospect lists. This data is used in various Marketing Campaigns and/or sent over to our SDR Team for their own campaigning needs. Both SDRs and Marketing personnel also use ZoomInfo data as needed on a day-to-day basis as well.
- Regularly offers new features and product options
- Provides accurate data
- Account Management - Would prefer for only ONE Zoominfo rep to contact me regarding new features, our contract, and renewals, etc.
- General improvement regarding the Accounting group and their interaction with clients - had been emailing someone that had been gone from my group over a year for example
- COMMUNICATION BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS - I have had to explain a specific situation regarding our account to multiple persons at Zoominfo; our account manager or customer success rep should have been doing this for us.
- Would like platform to be more user friendly overall
- Would like enhance feature to be more easy to use
