Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

ZoomInfo allows me to quickly find information on prospective clients in a number of ways. If I need to quickly find out who makes purchasing decisions at a business I drove by that I would like to stop in at - I can do that using their mobile app. If I need to build a hyper-focused prospecting list for a call-campaign - I can do that using any of the rich filters. If I have information that I think would be valuable to share with a specific job title at companies in (x) industry, then I can quickly create a salesflow which enables me to, not only email a tailored list using {variables} for things like "name", "company", "industry", etc, but then will also allow me to easily track the progress and success of whatever action-items I create within the salesflow using their engage feature.

  • increased touchpoints via engage feature
  • significantly decreases the time it takes to gather basic information on prospects
  • increases productivity by decreasing time to build prospecting lists
ZoomInfo is D&B Hoovers + Mailchimp on steroids and with a much better UI. The data is always up to date and the filters available to the end user are much more rich. Campaign tracking data is much easier to dissect and the templates for email campaigns are more relevant.
Well suited: any business with a new-business sales team; account management team; marketing team looking to target specific buyers; business development reps; new business owners looking to get an edge on their competition by staying abreast to "scoops" on their competition
Less appropriate: any business with a new-business sales team that doesn't actually pick up the phone and call prospects
