Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

We use ZoomInfo SalesOS to validate our potential prospects. We also use the product to scope out opportunities and explore lookalike companies within the same space. We also use this service to ensure our prospects information is up to date. ZoomInfo SalesOS makes it easy to set up automated routing rules to our CRM. This allows the Sales experience to be quick and easy.
  • The ability to export straight to Salesforce is invaluable for our Sales team
  • ZoomInfo SalesOS intent has allowed us insight into prospects that are looking into our space
  • ZoomInfo SalesOS allows users to easily save ICP searches and adjust them if necessary
  • I've found some contact information is out of date for potential leads. Whether that is email, title, phone number, company, etc.
  • Workflows occasionally break and need to fixed manually
The intent filters have been really useful for us. Also the ability to look for lookalike companies has been something we've been using a lot more to identify companies that are in a similar space. This has reduced the amount of time our sales team spends researching and gives them answers they can put into action immediately.
ZoomInfo SalesOS was easy to integrate into our CRM. We have been able to link this software directly into our CRM, we have set up weekly automations within ZoomInfo SalesOS to keep our data fresh and a strong pipeline for our sales team to go after. ZoomInfo SalesOS was great in helping us set this up.

We have used SalesIntel. It is similar to ZoomInfo SalesOS but doesn't have the same features or ease of use that ZoomInfo SalesOS offers.
ZoomInfo SalesOS is a really useful tool for a sales team. It allows users and admins to easily search for and find prospects/companies that they are looking for. Another great feature is the ability to export directly to your CRM this makes the marketing process so much easier. The ZoomInfo SalesOS support team has been extremely helpful in offering trainings and letting us know when new features are deployed.
