Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

Currently, we use ZoomInfo SalesOS as our #1 contact and account data source. We also tap into ZoomInfo SalesOS intent as our main intent source. We use this as a foundation to fuel campaigns and source individual contacts for our target accounts. Of particular interest and relevance to our segmentation strategy is the accessibility of Alexa rank as a data point.

ZoomInfo SalesOS is excellent in all phases of segmentation - Person-level data (demographics), company-level data (firmographics), Technology (technographics) and Intent (psychographics). They have also done a very good job, with the Workflows feature, to enable operationalization of all this data so you can do more than just have it. You can use it on day 1.
It is clean and reliable. It's also flexible with your CRM and/or MAP. I like the configureability of being able to append only if certain values are present in a data point. Keeps things clean. You also do not need to bring in any more fields than necessary for your segmentation strategy.

For enterprises or even midmarket companies, there is no comparison. ZoomInfo SalesOS is more robust and more accurate than Apollo. Apollo is a good backup, but I would not use Apollo as my primary data source ever. Maybe if I was an SMB or really just wanted to spend the bare minimum.
ZoomInfo SalesOS is a must-have as a primary data source, especially if the US/NA is your primary geography. That said, I always recommend using 2 or 3 data sources. Also good as the primary intent source, but again, I recommend using 2 to 3 intent sources. ZoomInfo SalesOS intent and G2 intent are a good combination.
