6sense is well suited for organizations that are looking for a single ABM orchestration platform. Their intent data and scoring algorithm seem to be very accurate. Their advertising is very easy to use but I don't have confirmation yet as to the accuracy of the targeting.

- No way to easily use UTMs for ads. If you want to use UTMs for different campaigns but the same creative, you have to upload the ads multiple times in order to be able to use different UTMs
- Getting the predictive model up and running took a bit longer than we hoped
- Should be able to allow spend to go to the top performing ads in campaigns rather than be spaced out evenly

- They have many features but any time you want to do something additional it turns out you have to upgrade or pay more for that feature. Other CRMs offer a lot of these functionalities at a lower cost.
- I've tried other CRMS and one thing I loved that HubSpot does not have is that a deal will change color if an action needs to be taken or if next steps are due. In HubSpot you literally have to go into a deal and see what needs to be done.
- Tasks are shown on a list on the top right hand corner, but if a task passes its due date it doesn't remind you to do it later on.

The platform is pretty straightforward as far as creating new segments and what's available to do so. The launch of digital advertising has greatly improved in recent months which has been great for our digital team. Adding or removing users and updating integration points is pretty easy as well. Reporting has also been recently updated which makes reporting on usage and ROI much easier too.

Oh my goodness HubSpot Support is just amazing. I submitted a question/issue to them yesterday and by this morning I had this response:
"Hi Stephanie,I hope this finds you well and thanks so much for your patience while I was working to update the extension with my team. We were actually able to push through an update yesterday afternoon which set the default lifecycle stage to lead in the sidebar. If you take a look now, that should be in place. If it has not updated yet, I would recommend uninstalling and re-installing the sales extension so an updated version and be pushed through.Again, I want to say that I sincerely appreciate that you took the time to reach out to us and help us iron this out. HubSpot really values constructive feedback with real use-case backing to help push it along. So, thank you!" |

I prefer HubSpot over the other packages. It's robust but intuitive (most of the time). Also, the continued product development is good. I don't always agree with the direction, but it probably makes sense to other users. When you combine marketing and service hubs to your package it gives a 360 view of your destiny.
