Diligent is pricey, so it is suitable for large-size organizations with sufficient funding. Universities and colleges would be good clients. Diligent is not suitable for small organizations or not-for-profit organizations due to the pricing. There are other options to distribute and share documents, such as Google format, so I think pricing is the key to expand the market for Diligent.

• With this technology, you don't have to rely on experts all the time to design functional processes, which is a big plus for me.
• There is a superb support team and expert services, and they'll get you up and running in no time.
• Our document management system has been enhanced, and it now updates and maintains itself more quickly.

• Facsimile signature - eliminates trying to coordinate schedules to obtain signatures to written consents.
• Customer Service - Diligent Boards trained employees, not a call center, available 24/7.

• There is some difficulty in understanding the training material. Make it easier to understand how to use key features in real-world work situations by providing more thorough examples or videos.
• Custom scripts would benefit from greater online training and certification options.
• The user interface is a nightmare to work with. It could take anywhere from five to ten clicks to move a file to a new subfolder.

As previously stated, I applaud how effective the customer service team was during the onboarding process. They communicated effectively and offered around-the-clock assistance. The training sessions are also useful and allow you to learn at your own pace. They are also willing to set up time to discuss any concerns.

Using AODocs, we can solve difficult business procedures immediately. Regular updates bring new capabilities to the platform. This workflow engine is superior to all others I've used in SharePoint and Nintex over the years. Until now, I (we) have not encountered a business problem that we couldn't solve. AODocs is a top-notch service.

It was the end user interface that ultimately sold me on Diligent Boards. I also appreciated the customer service center being Diligent employees, the high level of security features, and the single username and password for directors with multiple Diligent Boards sites.
