Likelihood to Recommend Bloomreach has great support. So when you feel a bit lost or stuck on a problem, there is always somebody to help you out with your problem. Not just in a chat, but also on zoom call where you can explain or show your problem. Also they always check if the problem is solved the other day and if everything is working as I need.
Read full review Reflektion is very well suited for ecommerce sites that are looking to provide their customers meaningful product recommendations tailored to their specific user experience on our site. We are also beginning to use Reflektion for search results. If you find that your customer base uses your search bar or is having issues with their search experience, Reflektion offers a great auto complete search results feature. We have a sister site that only offers a small catalog of products and we do no use the auto search results feature on this site. If your company has a small catalog the search results tool may not be as effective. I cannot think of a scenario in which an ecommerce site would not find it helpful to provide customized product recommendations to their customers.

This is beneficial because it gets more accurate results than segmenting customers by certain behaviors consistent with other customers. Reflektion is responsive to our business. They treat each request with professionalism and work to find solutions quickly. Reflektion has several beneficial features to further enhance the customer experience through a learning environment. Reflektion learns synonyms and is able to adjust for more accurate results. They also provide full page results with faceted navigation which leverages the individualized learning into the product results specific for each customer in a seamless integration with the site. It would be great if it stops the import it would be great if we receive email for successfully finished imports too Read full review While I mentioned that training our team in using the Reflektion dashboard was quite pain free, the dashboard can get a little overwhelming to a first time user. There are a lot of options and customization features available that can be intimidating at first. There isn't really too much for us to criticize with Reflektion. As I said, we switched from another product to Reflektion and so far have had almost no issues. When they do come up, the Reflektion team has been very helpful. It is crucial that you get support from experts from the beginning to show you how to work with the vast amount of options and activities to choose from. The learning curve is also well-rounded because of its user-friendly interface and highly skilled customer support.
Read full review Reliability and Availability 99% of the time the site is available for when we need to use. With any cloud based software there will be occasion that there is an outage but this is communicated effectively and dealt with quickly. This has never got in the way of what we need to do in our day to day work and wouldn't be thought of as a problem
Read full review Performance The search API is very fast (150ms), even considering we have nearly 2 million products in our catalog. The console pages where you do your configuration, add ranking rules and synonyms are sometimes a bit slower to load, but your customer would not notice any of that. The reports pages are also not the fastest, but definitely okay

Read full review Alternatives Considered Bloomreach is a really easy to use platform compared to other CRM systems and allow faster integration to the other data sources. It allowed deduping services and the ammonization feature for data protection is really easy to set up which fields contain personal information and therefore remove the data when a customer request it.

Compared to the other services they offered more features utilizing SOLR results but with continued learning. Other services didn't have the full list of capabilities or were much more expensive.
Read full review Scalability there is an option of multiple projects per organisation, customers and assets can be copied across. Multiple sites can be managed in one project, different activities organized under initiatives. Splitting work into sensible units is therefore well possible. The billing is based on number of tracked and number of stored events, no package-based deals. It should therefore be well scalable from a small e-store to a large corporation.

From a marketers perspective, it allows us to reach far and wide and see how well a campaign is doing in real-time. Knowing the customer allows improved communication and personalize our recommendations. Bloomreach Engagement has created revenue uplift with acquisition and conversion. Read full review Increasing conversion rate is almost always the goal when we start a new project and it is safe to say that Reflektion has helped us increase conversion rate for customers clicking through product recommendations. With our previous recommendations engine, tweaking and customizing the recommendations on our site was not nearly as effective or easy as it is with Reflektion. This has saved us countless hours in dev and manual operations work. We have not seen any negative impacts of Reflektion and hope this continues.
