BriteVerify does a great job preventing disposable and junk leads from coming into Salesforce which saves sales reps time. I like the fact that you can see on the layout if an email is good or not. I don't believe this is a downfall on BriteVerify but I wish Accept All emails would still return valid or not valid so you could see if someone is still with the company or not.

This tool helps us in gathering customer data, and also it makes it possible for us to support our customers relationships and build customer-related strategies to improve their experience which helps to drive sales geometry and growth and customers satisfaction. On the other hand of price is relatively competitive.

  • It is a quick API call effort that is easy to implement with only 4 responses.
  • There is the ability to upload a list and API calls, so that makes it easy to use.
  • Easy to download the list of Invalids in multiple file formats.

  • Occasionally, we'll need to test like 1 or 2 records and instead of importing a list of 2 records, it would be nice to have a landing page to enter 1 address and run it to get on-screen messaging on results.
  • It would be nice to see ECOA (email change of address) data on the report too for invalid email addresses.

  • It is unfortunate how this program has a couple of limitations in terms of insertions; it does not have the ability to agglomerate and archive the data in real-time by groups.
  • To have automation functions, the program is very limited in performing one task at a time, compared to other systems that perform functions simultaneously.

I've used a few in the past that weren't on the list to be mentioned in addition to NeverBounce. FreshAddress is a tool I use the 2nd most after BriteVerify. I have evaluated Webbula to and they have a unique offering.

Informatica MDM has proven it's worth in the organization by driving the revenue growth. It saves our lot of time by filtering out duplicate values and helps in solving critical business problems. It is very helpful when we deal with a lot of data. Apart from this we can populate data on various third party integration which is most useful case

  • It has provided a very good return on investment when it comes to improvements in email deliverability and limiting spam complaints.
  • It has allowed us to meet our objectives by removing contacts who are invalid and suspicious contacts (i.e. signed up for our service and provided a fake email address).
  • It has allowed us to improve our overall bounce rates and delivery rates across our bulk mail sending to prospective customers.

  • I cannot speak to this for 2 reasons. 1. I am not privy to the financials associated with this implementation or the previous one. 2. We have not hit our 'go-live' for this implementation yet to compare it's performance to our previous solution.
