I would say they are neck and neck very similar. Both have the same great features, and verified users, and both are free to use. When you look for honest software reviews in any search engine, both companies are the first names to appear. That way you can compare reviews on …
I only know Capterra and TrustRadius but it certainly works similar to TrustRadius. Quora works more like a posting site where you can get information, but Capterra organizes it better while Quora is really hard to identify the pros and cons sometimes.
We have used G2 and Capterra for review campaigns and profile management. TrustRadius is very similar to G2 in the profile management and vendor portal. I would say both sites have a lot of functionality in the backend, but I like how TrustRadius sets theirs up. G2 seems to add …
TrustRadius' support team is significantly more engaged than that of their larger competitors. The personalized experience I've received from the TrustRadius team is far beyond what I've received from some of their larger competitors like Capterra.

The offerings at TrustRadius for Vendors are right on par with the other similar services we use. What sets TrustRadius for Vendors apart is their customer service and ability to address out personal needs and provide strategic recommendations on how we can make the most out of …
We choose to go with TrustRadius because you guys do all the campaigns for us, unlike Gartner Peer Insights, who make you do it yourself. Additionally, Gartner's interface is not that slick or obvious. I feel that TrustRadius and G2 are basically the same, but TrustRadius's …
TrustRadius for Vendors is superior in terms of content available on companies. While other sites might be bigger or more established, that does not mean they are better. The customer support you will receive working with TrustRadius for Vendors is far better, in my experience, …
Gartner Peer Insights is clearly focused on large accounts, so it is not a good fit for all types of companies. In this sense, TrustRadius helps us to cover the entire spectrum of companies in our target market. In addition, TrustRadius offers us capabilities and interactive …
