    I like to do a LOU (Letter Of Understanding) after my Discovery calls with my prospects. I'm old school and write down notes, but I enjoy being able to go review my call in Chorus.ai and also get solid feedback from my manager about the call and what the next steps should be.

    Excellent as a customer relationship management tool, sales forecasting, building better sales plan for the entire deal lifecycle using critical and complex data, a 360-degree comprehensive view of vendors, partners, customers. Ensuring high standards and consistency is maintained in pricing so that quotes are competitive for prospective customers. At the end of the day, this is an excellent tool for selling and closing deals while being able to access needed information in one place.

    • The analytics around risks associated with certain words/phrases never seems to be accurate or relevant. Meaning I say things that are definitely not problematic, but they get marked that way.
    • Needs to be easier to locate certain parts of a call, maybe by a more powerful word search. This isn't a problem for 30-60 minute calls but is more challenging for longer training sessions that last 3 hours.

    • It doesn't have a lot of information for mid-market in Latin America, so there is info you can increase on this.
    • Job posting may not be part of the Commercial Module because it is where salespeople may look at it and start another process.
    • You may add a top 100 list per country in the lists by default, to make it easier to use when putting attention on the correct sectors.

    It's hard for me to give anything more than a 5 at this point. The primary reason is that we have only used it for a few months and I'm still getting a feel for the level of value it provides both to me and the team. In 4 or 5 months I'll have a better understanding of its value long term

    Chorus has a great user experience. It is very easy to navigate and figure out. You do not need anyone to walk you through the usage and process as it is very easy to determine on your own, even if you are not a technologically savvy person.     I personally have not had too many major issues with Chorus, but the times that I have reached out to their customer support team I have always received great responses in a very timely manner. Their support team is trained in a very polite way and cares about resolving your issue. They are knowledgeable and helpful and the customer service line does not take long to connect to a real individual.

Also, it is essential that in this day and age, video tutorials with actual product screenshots make the learning more useful and fun at the same time.     We only took an early look at Gong since we had heard many people recommend them. Functionality seemed to be about the same without any major reasons to choose Gong over Chorus, but we'd already tested & used Chorus at that point, so sticking with the proven tool was the better choice for us.

However, with an adjustment in service and a relative price structure, this has become a lot more cost-effective over the past few years. It’s now more of a middle-ranking in the pricing structure and I would definitely say this is value for money.

    • It allows you to stay on top of reorder points for your existing customers. We call them attrition calls.
    • When you orders flowing in, it makes it easier to follow up with buyers for other business units since you already have pre-existing business.
    • As a sales organization, everyone in the company has visibility across the board into what is our profit at any given moment for the day, week, month and year. This keeps up on track for each of our goals.
